This is a tailored 1:1 coaching journey for women stepping up in their careers— designed to support your transition, build confidence, and give you clear structure and momentum.
Packages available: 6-month, 8-month, or 10-month engagement, with either 6, 8, or 10 coaching sessions.

- Initial clarity session (90 min) to map your leadership goals, values, and vision for your new role
- Coaching sessions (60 min) — frequency and pace tailored to your needs
- Session summaries + tailored tools and exercises after each session
- Access to guided leadership exercises: communication, conflict resolution, stakeholder mapping, personal brand & identity work
- Practical leadership roadmap for your first 3–6–12 months in your new role
- Email support between sessions for questions, reflections, and accountability
- Closing session to consolidate progress, reflect on growth, and plan next steps
